How to Get Rid of Bad Habits

    Needless to say, people would have some bad habits which are not easy to get rid of.  Though, we all know bad habits are not good for us and maybe some of them would do harm to us, so we should try our best to keep ourselves away from these bad and harmful habits.

    Take my personal experience for example, one of my bad habits which gives most trouble to me is being late to school.  I could hardly go to school on time for the sake of oversleeping.  Although, I had prepared two alarm clocks to make me get up and asked my father do me a favor to wake me up.  At first, these seem didn't work at all, but I didn't give up and told myself the advantages of getting up early day by day.  Now, I can get up early by myself and go to school on time.

    Well goes the old saying " It is never too late to mend."  When we find that we have some bad habits, we should make up our mind to get rid of these bad habits.  And never think since I have bad habits, there is no need to get rid of them.  Especially when you have harmful habits such as smoking.  You can eat dessert or snacks to replace it or take exercise to lead a more colorful life.

    To sum up, determination is an important factor to get rid of bad habits.  Only when we make up our mind to get rid of them, we can really have other good habits.  As a result, we should be courage and make right decision when facing with bad habits.
