    It is essential for us to get rid of bad habits.  If you have a bad eating habit, you would get fatty and fatty.  You even become weaker and weaker, lazy and clumy.  On the other hand, you will have less and less friends.  In the end, you will become a person who is no one to get along with.  Although, to get rid of bad habits is not easy, it is said that "Where there is way, there is a will."
