How to Get Rid of Bad Habits

    In our life, we have a lot of reasons to make us get bad habits.  However, the bad habit may hurt our health and neglact our schoolwork.  It will be a important lesson how to get rid of bad habits.

    Take myself for example.  When I was in the first year of junior high school, I used to have watched TV for many many hours in one day.  I enjoyed sitting on the floors in front of the TV to see my favorite programs and singers, and liked to lie on the sofa to watch it.  During a year, my eyes can't see the things clearly and become weaker and weaker.  I had weak eyes and I had to wear a heavy pair of glasses on my nose.

    How does quit the bad habits?  It must make up our mind to do it.  In my opinion, the most important reason is that we are supposed to keep good habits in our life.  Keeping good habits helps us learn better and do us good.  For example, if we have the good habit that we review our lessons we just have learned after school, it will make us get good grades.  On the other hand, keeping good habit can help us get healthy.  For example, if we study on the bright light, we will not have weak eyes.

    In a word, how to quit the bad habits is the important lesson.  The tips are that make up our mind to do it and keep good habits.  Follow the tips, and you will success in the future.
